Single room on the second floor for rent in a share house. This is perfect for a female international student. Other occupants of this floor are female students and the owner and her spouse.

The rent includes all utilities and wifi. Shared laundry use once a week and the use of the kitchen to prepare simple meals for yourself. Your fully furnished room will have a bed, study table and lamp, a dresser, an electric heater and fan, a mini fridge, and linen. A deposit is required. Minimum 6 month rental.

The house is located in New Westminster across from the NWSS Secondary School, very near the Burnaby Border, on bus lines and 6 minutes to the Skytrain station, and about 40 mins to downtown. Our home is 35 min by bus to the SFU campus at Burnaby Mountain, and also close to BCIT, Surrey Central campuses, and walking distance to Yorkville University, Douglas College, and Sprott Shaw College.
