We are located in the hip, friendly, vibrant, and convenient neighbourhood of Mt Pleasant on Main and 22nd Ave. Bus stops to every direction is 2 mins away. 20 mins bus and skytrain to YVR. Direct 20 mins by car or 30 mins bus #25 to UBC. Main Terminal and Cambie skytrain stations 15 mins away. 12 mins by car or 20 mins Main bus few steps from house takes you downtown Vancouver and SFU downtown campus. A short walk to Nestor’s Market, 24 hrs Shoppers Drugs Mart, Starbucks, and great ethnic restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Malaysian, Korean, French) $350-450 /wk is price of room and shared bath.
