Fully furnished Basement suite (2 rooms) located close to bus stops, with washer dryer. It has two bedrooms , one with King size bed and second office room is furnished with desk and chair to be used as an office. We can set up a twin size bed in the second room if needed. Both rooms have big closets in them. Furnished Kitchen and small dinning area with dinning table and two chairs. Full bathroom, kitchen has fridge, range(stove with oven), microwave, toaster and hood fan. Separate entrance to basement, there is street parking. We are only a block from elementary school , 10 minutes walk from high school , 2 minutes walk from bus stop, 10 minutes bus ride to sky train& Lougheed mall, 5 km away from SFU(Simon Fraser University and a few blocks from crest plaza, five kilometres from Simon Fraser University.
