Two bedrooms available in very quiet suite for two students or a couple. We are surrounded by a greenbelt of trees so no traffic noise. Available for two different people or a couple. Separate entrance for the larger room. the smaller room is $200 per week. The larger room with its own entrance is $325 per week. Each room has a bed (queen or double), desk, lamps, wardrobe and dresser. Additional shelving for your convenience. Large ceiling-to-floor windows provide lots of light.

Includes WIFI, all utilities, laundry (shared), bathroom (shared) , Kitchen/laundry room with sink, fridge, microwave and kettle. Linens, dishes etc. supplied. Cable television supplied if requested.
If you need to use the upstairs oven, that's fine.

We are a small family of a mum (teacher) and two daughters, ages 23 and 20. We have two cats and two dogs, but we keep them upstairs.

We are on the Burnaby/Port Moody border. One minute walk to the bus, which will take you to Lougheed Skytrain and Lougheed mall for shopping and skytrain or to the Coquitlam Centre sky train. for shopping. Many trails for biking and hiking nearby. Near recreation centres, pools and beach. We have been hosting international students for 15 years.
