Clean quiet comfortable home close to bus, Skytrain, shopping and restaurants. Semi-private room or private room available depending on one's budget. Family neighborhood close to park as well. Condo is occupied by only myself. I am a busy working professional who is gone most of the day during the week. Happy to assist with those who are learning English, getting set up with things needed while here. Possibly negotiable with amount of rent with consideration of chosen room and budgets.
