Homestay in Surrey

Hello there, we are a family with two adorable dogs. Our home is a new-ish 4-bedroom and 4-bathroom townhouse located in south surrey, Grandview heights. It’s close to all the shops and restaurants but tucked away on the quieter side by Oliver park. The house is walking distance to Grandview Corner, Sunnyside Elementary, Grandview Secondary and Southridge Private School, with the closest bus stop just 5 minutes away. We have yards, patios and roof terraces . Our neighborhood features an outdoor pool, full exercise room, lounge, movie theatre and indoor basketball court.
We speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese and are looking for 2 kind, clean and respectful students to occupy any two of our bedrooms. All rooms are bright, clean and fully furnished. Meals are cooked with various Chinese or Western style, such as fried rice, noodle, pasta, sandwiches, dumplings, etc.
Room one is on the first floor with it’s own full sized bathroom, approximately 17 square foot. Room two is on the third floor and will share a bathroom with my daughter. You can simply move in with your luggage. The rate of room one is $1750 ?the rate of room two is $ 1550 per month for single bed including 3 meals a day?Rate also includes high speed internet, laundry, water and electricity supply.
