PLEASE READ:

*The $200 is a damage deposit and is only paid in person when you arrive. It will be returned to you when you leave, as long as there are no damages to the place and you have abided by the home rules.*

*The photos are not exact, the furniture will be different as we have recently moved into this place*

*The reason for the high price is because of the taxes and fees that come with the condo due to the amenities. But the weekly price is negotiable.*

We are a young couple in our early 30s and we are offering our second room + private bathroom in our condo. It is on the 25th floor with a great city view.

Our building comes with access to a gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, and an outdoor grassy area that can only be accessed by residents of the building. There's a washer and dryer in our unit that we will share.

We would provide you with your own key and fob to access the elevator and amenities of course. The Skytrain is within walking distance of about 5-7min, around 30-minute total commute to downtown, and 15-20min bus commute to BCIT.

I wish I could offer meals but cannot guarantee I can cook for you in a timely manner. You will have your own section of the fridge. We welcome all diets as long as the kitchen remains clean and tidy, and there is prevention from cross-contamination. We don't eat pork, and I myself have celiac (I strictly cannot have any gluten. Please research if you do not know what that is).

We ideally want someone who is respectful, clean, trustworthy and keeps to themselves. We are hospitable people and we love to provide help whenever we can. Otherwise, we are a career-focused couple. I work part-time and study online part-time, while my husband works full-time as an accountant.
