We are a working professional couple with pet but no kids. The available bedroom for a single occupant in a 2-bedroom apartment located in downtown New Westminster. Other information as follows:

- 5 minutes walk to Douglas College - New Westminster Campus
- 2 minutes walk to Columbia Skytrain Station
- 5 minutes walk to New West Skytrain Station
- 10 to15 minutes to Metropolis Metrotown Mall (1 ride Skytrain)
- 20 to 30 minutes to Alexander College in Burnaby (1 ride Skytrain + 8 minutes walk)
- 30 to 40 minutes to Downtown Vancouver (1 ride Skytrain)
- Free airport pick-up (if requested)
- Self serve laundry is included once a week
- Use of kitchen is included (light cooking only)
- Internet and utilities are free
