we are a family of three. Two minor and one adult. we do not have pets. we are very organized and we like to always have the house with a good smell. Transportation is easy, the skytrain is 22 min walking. But if you don't want to walk you can take the bus is just 1 min by walking. Grocery or convenient store are pretty close, shopping mall, gym. Etc.
