As a young family with an energetic 7-year-old daughter and a boy, we take pleasure in meeting new people and learning about different cultures. Likewise, we're thrilled to share our own.

Our home has recently undergone a renovation, and it now boasts air conditioning and a hot-water-on-demand system, so you can bid farewell to cold showers. We're just a 5-minute walk away from the (R5) express bus, which can transport you to Downtown Vancouver in 35 minutes. Additionally, Simon Fraser University (SFU) and British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) are just 30 and 20 minutes away, respectively. The Amazing Brentwood shopping mall/Brentwood Town Centre Station on the Millennium Skytrain Line is also just a quick 15-minute walk away. Furthermore, a short stroll down Hastings street will take you to several grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, public library, pool/fitness center, banks, and shopping areas.
