This house has a patio overlooking Downtown & conveniently located close to transportation and very accessible to everything like parks, fitness center, banks & restaurants. Its a walking distance to bus stop (3 mins walk) & Lonsdale Quay & Sea Bus to Downtown Vancouver, in bus routes (approx. 10-15 mins) to Capilano University, Sutherland High School, St. Thomas Aquinas, Bodwell, Windsor Secondary & other primary & private secondary schools.
